  • Whom does the worker sign the temporary employment contract with?

    The worker enters a work contract with the Employment Agency. The Employment Agency enters a commercial contract of employment management with the Company that needs staff. Therefore, there is no contracting obligation between the worker and the user agency or company.

  • Who pays the worker's salary?

    The worker is entitled to the same global salary that is given to the employees who have the same duties within the enterprise. The Remuneration is paid by the Employment agency.

  • Who pays contributions and taxes?

    The Employment Agency must pay the social contributions and taxes stipulated by the national law of the country, where the Employment Agency is established.

  • Which is the maximum contract period?

    The maximum period for a management contract is 24 months, and it may be extended by 12 months.

  • Is the worker entitled to holidays?

    The worker  that is employed under the management contract takes the holidays in terms of hours and days, in accordance with the terms of the collective agreement of the enterprise and within the established contract duration.

  • May the worker or user terminate the employment contract before its maturity date?

    When the initial conditions for labour management are no longer fulfilled, early termination of the contract may be requested.
